2. Get connected with a local pro. We connect you with an independent, local water heater technician who serves your area.
3. Hear your options before any work starts. The technician looks at your water heater, explains whether it needs a repair or a replacement, and tells you the cost before doing the work. You decide.

What to Have Ready When You Call

• What's happening (no hot water, leak, noise, error code)
• Whether it's gas, electric or tankless, if you know
• Roughly how old the unit is (check the label)
• Your address or nearest cross streets
• If you're a tenant, your landlord or property manager's contact information
